I very rarely post anything overtly political on Facebook, and this marks the first time I’ve done so here.  But when my cousin posted this parodic video on Facebook today, not only was I so enamored of it that I had to share it to my own timeline, I felt compelled to do so here as well.

Simon & Garfunkel are one of my all-time favorite bands, and “The Sound of Silence” is one of my all-time favorite songs.  Sonically & lyrically, these parodists do an AMAZING job, and the message is spot-on.
